- Don't plagiarize. Write your own piece. You can link to other pages and other people's words, but you can't just put their words on your blog. Doing so will be violating their rights and you can get in serious trouble (not to mention, you will fail the assignment.)
- Remember that you are arguing a point and trying to make your readers believe that your opinion is the right one. See below for links to examples.
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation all count.
Your first step is to pick a topic. What do you have a strong opinion about? What can you argue passionately about? What can you convince people about?
